Isaac received a Bachelors degree with Honors in Business from York University and a law degree from University of Windsor. He has a varied experience and deals with actions involving all facets of litigation including personal injury claims including motor vehicle accident tort claims, accident benefits claims, slip and fall property loss and product liability. He also has corporate litigation experience, and deals and advises corporations on various corporate commercial issues such as lease renewal and negotiations, employee contracts, real estate transactions and general contract litigation. He has appeared at various levels of court on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants including the superior court of justice, the divisional court and the Ontario Court of Appeal. Isaac is also is one the managing lawyers of the law firm. He oversees day to day operations in the real estate/corporate division and the Personal Injury Division.
Isaac is available and has experience in giving seminars to various Real estate Brokerages, Mortgage Brokers and Medical professionals on a variety of topics such as The art of Negotiation, Real estate Fraud, Mortgage fraud, brokers negligence. The Personal injury claim for Medical professionals, The importance of note taking by professionals for an injured client.
Isaac has been featured on may media outlets discussing rights of victims. He is regularly featured on Know your Rights CP24, as well as various radio stations. He has been interviewed by Global News, CBC, City TV, CHCH especially with respect to insurance issues surrounding UBER upon its launch in Toronto.
Isaac has argued and been successful representing a client at the court of appeal of Ontario. The decision can be found here: Morgan v. Economical Mutual Insurance Group, 2013 ONCA 369.
